Your room has been assigned to you to best fit your needs. You can reach out to danny and vanessa to get specific details like size, location, and cost for the room assigned to you. They will be collecting all your information and payment for the resort staff.

there are 2 main houses and 2 apartments on the property. all have staff dedicated to them. each house has its own living room, kitchen and dinning areas. each room has their own en-suite bathroom. all rooms are either queen or king beds.

if you choose to drive to the villa yourself we ask that you get there after 4:30pm on monday september 1st to give the hosts a chance to set up some special surprises!

All guests must be checked out by 10AM on September 4th.

Of course! apart from the listed events, we will be hosting a wine tasting in the wine cellar on the property at 6:00PM Monday September 1st for villa guests. Light bites and wine will be served. Attire is smart casual. Please avoid wearing white.

Breakfast is included daily. Apart from the welcome dinner and wedding dinner, we will be providing light lunches. There are, however, restaurants around the area that are walking proximity and a wine bar onsite! We will also be stocking the houses with plenty of drinks and snacks.

Taxi's and Ubers are not readily available so we suggest a car rental to get from Florence to the Villa which is about a 50 minute drive. There is free parking on the property. Should you choose to rent a car, Siena is a 20 minute drive from the Villa if you'd like to explore another town! Shuttles and private car services to hire are also available for large groups. We kindly ask that you let us know ASAP latest by November to accept or decline. Payment will be required by January.

Please note that the other villas that are walking distance are best suited for large families as these are large rental villas and not by room. The nearest hotel is by driving distance. Should you wish to do that, please note all transportation to events will need to be booked on your own. Ubers and Taxis are not available in the area.
